Shrimp with cream cheese, honey and mustard source

Frozen Breaded Shrimp

Serving: 3 to 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for the sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • ½ teacup of natural yogurt (100 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons of minced ciboulette
  • salt
  • ½ seedless chili pepper, minced
Ingredients for the shrimp
  • 2 teacups of oil (400 ml)
  • 1 package of Frozen Breaded Shrimp Nativ (250 g)

    Start by preparing the sauce: dissolve the cream cheese in the honey and mustard. Add the yogurt and the ciboulette and mix well. Season with salt and chili pepper to taste. Prepare the shrimp: heat the oil in a medium size pot, and fry the shrimps in 2 portions for approx. 5 minutes, until they are browned. Remove the shrimps with a skimmer, and let the excess of oil drip over a paper towel. Serve the shrimps while still hot together with the sauce.
